Rohtang Pass opens for Tourists



Tourists will be allowed  visit Rohtang Pass via Gulaba from tomorrow  14 th June 2021 onwards.

The permit will be issued manually by SDM office Manali.Only local taxies allowed for conveyance of the tourists.

No private car / conveyance will be permitted.

Movement to Rohtang Pass will be from 9 AM to 6 PM subject to weather conditions.




Corona curfew in Himachal Pradesh

Corona curfew will be imposed in the state for 10 days. The corona curfew will start from May 6 2021 midnight and will continue till May 16 2021.

Himachal Pradesh government also ordered the closure of all private and government offices in the state.

In another sweeping restriction to stem the COVID surge in the tourist state, the HP government announced that no one will be allowed in the state without a negative RT-PCR test report, not older than 72 hours. So, tourists can enter the state with negative report (RT-PCR), approved by ICMR certified agencies.

No more than 3 people can assemble as Section 144 in operation.

Government and private transport vehicles will be allowed to ply with 50 per cent occupancy, and inter-state transportation will continue,
